Apologies for the long post but I need to talk about this stuff!🤯 First: oh how I wish I would have found you 4 years ago when you first made this video or anyone else out there talking about this subject. I’ve been suffering from PF in both feet since 2015. As you’ve explained, it’s sometimes bearable but when it flares up 💥👣 it’s a nightmare. When I first developed it, I couldn’t even walk for months and yes, mornings were the worse! I’ve been to podiatrists for several years, got the shots, did physical therapy, you name it, I did it and I still deal with it. I used to be in the gym all the time, love to walk and was in the best shape of my life until PF came along. As the years went by, I would try to get back in the gym but PF was not hearing it. I came across DE, did some research and purchased it a few days ago for teeth, skin and hair health until I came across a video on Tik Tok where a woman mentioned all of the benefits she experienced including relief from PF. No way I believed this as with all the searches I’ve done for other benefits, I’ve never heard anyone mention this. Today 5/27/23 is day 2 of me taking DE and honestly, yesterday (day 1) I had already felt some 👣 relief. Today I kept standing and rubbing my feet because although I still have some pain, I’ve never been this pain free in years. Like you, I can’t say enough about it and it’s only been 2 days! I’m going to give it 30 days though to see what i experience but aside from my feet, my teeth already feel so much stronger. I have weak teeth and worried I would start losing my teeth but again, I could tell a night and day difference from day 1 so I can’t wait to see what it can do in the upcoming weeks. Thank you for making this video. It just affirms what the lady from Tik Tok has said and has strengthened my hope in finally getting rid of this ratchet PF.
