@@wilsonstuff9503 same here out in our garage is are club ho layout I can do ho but not much space tho so I went with n scale and o gauge under it and maybe ho under the o gauge layout

don't use the flux that is meant for plumbing on electronics because it is too corrosive, there are fluxes that are meant to be used on electronics and won't cause problems over time.
@dennis2494 been doing that for years and haven't had any problems,I didn't know they had different Flux for different types of things.
A video from 2 years ago recommended to me, because I've been researching 3d printers. Your prints look great! With what they charge for vehicles, the break even point with a 3d printer is not that out of reach.
Layout looking good, the rock mold idea is a good way to go, great opener with the seaboard..

I have a lighthouse and plan to place it on the top of a wooded hill, with its corresponding lighthouse keeper's home. I am missing the electrical part, I always wanted the lighthouse to have the same light pattern as a real one. I'm thinking whether to make its light rotating or to make it turn on and off progressively. The revolving beacom sounds difficult to do but, I will try to get that. Interesting layout, good luck with your project!

@@nscaledivision2336 I've seen around homemade versions of that type of light, based on a microwave oven's dish motor. Sounds like the most economical way out. 👍

Just put in a view block. A hill that’s only tall enough to block the train But when you stand over top the track looking down you have full access to train and track. And then put bridge girder on top on track that crosses over
