After my previous comment, I decided to be bold to try to disassemble the pole. I pulled open my silver tab and then just pulled the sections apart. It worked and now I have a disassembled pole. Everything is easy when you know how. Thank you for the video.

This is a good video, but unfortunately it's 6 years old. The pole I bought in 2024 looks different. My tab is silver, not chrome, and I can't figure out how to disassemble the pole. Disassembling the pole is important because I want to pack it in my suitcase for travel. This pole is a Rubik's cube and I don't like Rubik's cubes. I will return it to the vendor for a refund.

I have a new one. Made the mistake of not trying it at home. Now in Laos, I tried it last night. It deflated fast. I checked with a tub of water today ( funny enough, not sure why, our current hotel in the middle of nowhere has massive plastic tub full of water!). Anyway, pillow loosing air from all the tiny holes on the black side. Either it is faulty or poor quality. In any case, big waste of money. Can’t be fixed as too many tiny holes! Don’t waste your money or, at the very least, try it over night to make sure it works.
