math test say what bro flatbedder for 8 years height heights 13 ft is as hi as im comfortable climbing
I make ups videos and I’m enjoying making them
How’s everything going with driving the trucks?
Thanks for asking and It's going pretty well.
Damn it feels good to be a gangster 😎
so its a piss test and not fair follicle (ive been clean for a few months now and the hair follicle test is currently my cryptonite) Ive heard it goes back anywhere from 3-6months :(
It's piss test
In the video you have a fire truck ladder and then a ladder with a barrier around it. What exactly is this ladder test? Thanks.
What you see in the video has no correlation to anything to what I was saying lol but the test is just you climbing up a ladder that's about 14 feet using proper contact and standing straight up when you get to the top without looking like you have a phobia or something.
OK cool. Not sure why the fire truck ladder then but thanks for answering.
@72kpmusic thanks for sharing CuzBro
Do they hire felons?
Western Express will
They tell you "If you know you will have problems with the drug test, just walk away...don't come back, it won't even count as a refusal." I can't believe how many people still go and take the test, "hoping to somehow pass", but that is what being on drugs does.
No ones passing the hair follicle test there.
Nice info … you said average is 1800 miles a week? I’m about to start otr bulk with them.
No. That's just the highest I've seen working there so far. On average, I would say I'm getting like 800 miles.
Ok it seems kinda slow … i thought i heard you say 1800 miles. Thanks for the info
Np, I hope you have a good experience.
800 miles is too low, no money Will come
Terrible, I know. I'm in it more for the experience. Something better comes up after my year, best believe I won't hesitate to jump on it.
Right or wrong! Thanks for the information!
@Georgia_Rob yeah I was in Tennessee the boat dealer was out in the woods I was going down a two lane road when I drove up to a spot where it broke off in 5 different directions my GPS went crazy I didn't want to get my equipment or load in a bad situation and make things worst I knew I was close to the dealership so called them up and asked for assistance the guy was a jerk on the phone and couldn't articulate directions clearly I asked him if could drive down and escort me in and he hung up on me called TMC and said I was arguing with him so because of that I was fired for insubordination.
Whats the story about not walking on the grass or you're fired?
@RoyceAubuchon not sure bout termination. But they do have signs in some areas of their facility to keep off the grass. So it's probably best you do just that to avoid any conflict.
@TheFlex53 the recruiter that came to our school was extremely cocky lol
Did the training at Cory nearly 10 years ago . Still here but as a contractor on bulk
I got fired for putting the safety of my equipment and the half million dollar yacht I was hauling before the customer. Fuck you TMC
Could you share what happened...?
Yea, what’s the story?!
So i would get my cdls through Schneider and tell them I’m interested in their tanker jobs rather than regular trucking?
You would do is go through their C.A.T program if you don't have your CDL already. C.A.T stands for CDL apprenticeship training. You would go on their company website under careers and see if they have "OTR tankers" available. You should see "company paid training" when you see this. Once you apply, you'll talk to a recruiter, do everything on your end, and then they're going to send you to Green Bay to train for your CDL-A. You will train in an empty tanker truck as well as test in one. If you pass, they will send you to Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, for 3 weeks to do the complete job functions of a tanker driver. You will drive with it loaded and learn how to do unloads.

Wish me luck
No need. You got this bro. 💪🏾
Such creative videos you’ve on this channel. Just subscribed!
Really appreciate that!
My channel keeps fluctuating
Gotta be consistent Ryan. You got it 👍🏾
Well? Did you graduate or get held back!? You can't cliff hanger us like this!
Lol my apologies. I'm going to update you guys this week.
No disrespect, but it’s the real world. TMC will make sure that you know what you’re doing as far as securement and the right way to do it very very very many. Do not give a damn and will set you up for failure if you wear a flip-flops and don’t give a damn about appearance and have no common , sense and no work ethic flatbed is definitely not what you want to venture into not to mention possibly even the trucking industry since it’s overflowing with dumb ass people now I guess what if you can’t show him that you have what it takes to do the job they’re not gonna coddle you and put you on top of the head and give you a cookie you have to earn it.
Sounds like a lot of bs just to drive a truck
Yea. But you gotta remember this isn't dry van where you're just driving. With flatbed, you're doing a lot of physical work such as tarping, climbing, and strapping on the freight securely. So they want you to be fully capable of going out solo and doing these loads without a problem. I kinda get it, but I'm just not with them having someone travel to Iowa or South Carolina with the false hope of getting trained and having a future job guaranteed. It can be a really big waste of time if you're not what TMC wants you to be.
The Maverick Cheerleaders
Thank you for the intel my friend, I truly appreciate it.
Not a problem my man. Hope you have a successful future!
Thanks for the needed information. I have orientation scheduled on Oct 7, 2024. Good luck with your future journey
No problem at all. Good luck with yours as well.
How driving with the trainer?
Hi, I applied and they called me and only wanted to find out information about my last jobs. Then they sent me an email with information about the company and that was all. How many days does it take to schedule the orientation?
@joan_ltv7107 I waited around 2 weeks and then it went pretty quick. Be patient. Most importantly understand what you are signing up for. I have been with the company for 4.5 years. If you have questions I'm here.
@@finitefibonacci Thanks for the information. I think it's a good company and I want to work for them, but we'll see what happens.
Thanks! I have my orientation scheduled on Oct 7, 2024 😩 kinda nervous over the tarp, I havent been active in a few weeks since I been focusing on CDL school. Will sure start getting active before going to Orientation.
You got this bro. It helps to be in shape but it's more important to be attentive on how he demonstrates the lift technique. Cause you may be able to get the tarp over your shoulder, but the technique you used may cost you if not done in the instructed standard. Try to mimic as much as possible and try not to show much struggle. Good luck 👍🏾
I'll be there on the 7th as well
Good luck and be safe.
@@AirSoftKidzhow is orientation? I going the 14th
Been there done that and drove for them for 2years. Thank God my driver trainer was. 6 weeks is a long time.
Do they still have Fox News playing all day? And are some of the trainers still making the same old racist and bigoted jokes? One of the coolest trainers that I met there was a guy named Eddie.
They switch it up sometimes on the channels, but they do have the news on a lot. I have not heard any racist jokes so far.
