Digging the trenches in a dry place
In this sermon we focus on 2 Kings Ch 3 - 3 allied kings go to war against the king of Moab. The king of Israel, Judah and Edom form an alliance.
They go to war and go via the wilderness. A long route until the water runs out.
The 3 kings names represent “judgment”, “praise” and “exalting God”.
Through the long route God perfects our faith. In the wilderness they ran out water after 7 days.
When they ran out of water they then only consulted a prophet to hear from God. They phrophet called a musician to play the harp. In the worship the power of God came down. They were called to dig ditches in the dry place.
The water will come from the ground. The solution to your problem will come from the ground up. The water flowed from Edom. (The red place)
The water looked like blood.
Through the power of the blood your situation will change.
