I wouldn't say that because it's hitting your biceps long head muscle in a different way, so your arm looks Fuller while you're at rest from the side. ( Which is easy to test yourself to see - just rotate your wrist and youll see the biceps activate the shoet vs long head) While doing a supinated Hammer curl will give you a higher peak on the short head of your bicep... Mike has a good channel but that advice isnt the best.. The only body part I would say you don't really need to train is your forearms at all because they're activated significantly with every single thing you do along with your front delts it's good to train your front delts on shoulder day, but they're being activated so much. You don't need to go hard on them. Also, if you're trying to get a smaller waist tighter waist, don't do your core exercises because all that's going to do is give you a wider thicker waist, especially your obliques. Getting lean enough will give you abs and a tight waist

Hey, I’m from the Caribbean and our diet is so different. What are some of the more healthy things I can eat to gain weight as a woman? I’m at 135lb and want to get up to 150lbs. It took me years to get up to 135lb lol
My go to is chicken and ground beef mixed together but if you’re trying to gain weight to healthy way, chicken, turkey and fish eggs stuff like that is good for you, but if you’re trying to put it though weight on a little faster, I would recommend ground beef steak things with a lot of calories but high protein also.
Hey, just an honest suggestion-the sound comes across as a bit boxy/muffled, which makes it a bit hard to hear clearly. Also, you might want to focus more on yourself in the frame rather than showing the whole wall. Wishing you the best, good luck! 👍
