Okay, this is actually great advice for maintaining good mental health. HOWEVER: If you have been diagnosed with a mental disorder, it is absolutely imperative that you seek professional help. That may be therapy, it could be medication, etc. But please do not rely on exercise as a cure-all for poor mental health.
