Been going to the gym for two years losing zero weight. My thought was “oh im intermitting fasting im big chillin no lemme just eat 2-3k cals on the weekdays and then on the weekends let me drink fri sat and sometimes sunday while eating fast food like crazy” Welp didnt lose any weight (obviously) and then i finally stopped drinking got a food scale which is what definitely changed the game for me and now im 200 flat from 260 in just a few months all because of my shitty ass diet goodluck man! it gets easier!
