How to do MONSTER WALKS for Stronger Glutes
I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (Luke 13:5) But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. (Isaiah 64:6) As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. (Romans 3:10-12)
Geroge floyed pillow when?
Thse tips really work!
Great advice! Managing patellar tendon pain with controlled exercises can really help with recovery.
Watching this when i want to pooo* but can’t sit
It did work
High quality video content! I have another question: someone transferred me some usdt and I have recovery phrases. 『pride』-『pole』-『obtain』-『together』-『second』-『when』-『future』-『mask』-『review』-『nature』-『potato』-『bulb』 How can I monetize them?
Yeah this happend to me and now im in a casket because it fractured my tibial
increase the volt for better and faster healing results
Thank you for this❤
FOR SOME REASON I STARTED SLIGHTLY HURTING THERE, it wasn't that bad, a ay to describe it is if ur knees and elbows were like hinges my knee's hinges felt 3 centurys old and rusty it didn't hurt but its felt like....idk tough? this helped so much!!!
Thank you very much! ✨ This was very clear and I'm just glad I don't have to go to a gym just to ask someone how to do it properly lmao
How about right next to the spot you pointed to? Mine feels like sharp random pain from a leftover dislocated knee injury that took a very long time to heal. Pretty sure it's related to this and the same exercises would apply.
Thank you 🙏🏻😊
Thx a lot i have pain in my knee and i didn't know what it was called now i know thx a lot. 😊
I feel like the algorithm is predicting something that's going to happen in like 2 weeks..
Apparently, reps with resistance bands cures this problem within 3 weeks.
Too much talk
Not just good information, you got right to the point and achieved the rare distinction of a video under 3 minutes! So appreciate it.
How about tennis?
What should i do if i have this pain on regular basis ??
For the past 4 years I have been suffering from the osgood shelter disease . I have seen many doctors my pain is not getting better.I am 21 now what should I do please tell me
i went jogging for 5 days and heel striking, now i wasn't able to jog for 3 weeks because of knee pain and back pain. 😢
Would it help it heal. So last year my knees got swollen and it’s in that exact area and they hurt really bad that I can’t sit in my knees or bend them it really hurts and I need help
My tooth came out bleeding
Cheer~~~pain in a part of one's body.😊
Hey man thanks for making this video I watched it before and came back to it a year or so later. So for the part where you say cushion the entire strike, which basically means flexing muscles in a slow and controlled fashion... would you say you get incredibly more tired this way? It's like a workout non-stop, versus let's say, "a relaxed walk", if I was planning to go for one. For those of us who are rather... "productive", used to walking here and there at a fast paced in our cities, this could really slow us down, I imagine. Have you experienced the same? Also, I wanted to ask about the actual muscle contractions for the feet and legs. Do you mean control the speed and force of the strike on the floor with our thighs while in mid-air so like just land the foot slowly and softly, or do you (also) mean even as you press down, press down into the ground intentionally with all the muscles contracted? Kind of like when we flex our arms when doing a bicep curl without any weight? (I forget the name for that but it's basically just contracting/tightening/sqeezing the muscles even without carrying any weight). So like really squeeze the feet and calves and ankles and all the muscles in that area as the foot is landing and transitioning throughout the step from heel to toe? Thank you!
I cant even walk
Wow it works man tq for the tip
Y r u at my basketball court
One video for Leg strengthening please
Praying for anybody with pain and suffering physically, it can really effect your emotions when you have this nagging pain in your body somewhere ❤
I have it but it healed a little bit after 4 weeks and now it just hurts when I push on my knee.
I have had a dislocated knee injury that happened back in December of 2023 and I have not fully recovered since. While most of my ability to walk normally in large part and do most things normally, I still cannot easily without intentionally thinking about it extends my knee out along with easily descending and catching my own body weight and momentum downstairs, forget about full speed momentum without thinking about it. Well I didn't get an arthroscopy surgery on it, think a small piece of cartilage is flying around in my knee and eventually I will have to have the surgery to get that little piece out. It has not caught on any of the grooves in small intricate pieces that allow my knee to flex and relax and it will never be that way unless I press my knee on the side to force the piece into a groove and it kind of locks in place but not really. I think by summer 2025 I will finally be able to walk normally again and I just may be able to start jogging again, but we'll see. It's been a long journey and I really appreciate commas like this because it's been very mentally tolling on my mind when I used to very easily and pretty aggressively moved about since I was a very active individual up until the covid pandemic and I decided to get back into doing stuff physically again with Amazon and it happened.

No my ancael does
Honestly wish I'd seen this video before I got injured lol. 😅 I recently switched to minimally-cushioned zero-drop sneakers for my previous nighttime downhill skateboarding session, and I was having a great time skating due to the increase in board feel and response from the shoe - compared to previous skate shoes. However, there was one time during the sesh, while I was fortunately only traveling at walking speed, I accidentally skated onto a wet patch next to a manhole cover, and my skateboard abruptly lost all traction. I bailed by jumping up into the air, kicking my board away from me, and trying to land on my feet. I landed on my feet, yes, but my left foot landed on the metal manhole cover, and I ended up with a huge swollen bruise on the top of my left foot. Firstly, I don't understand why the injury/swelling is on top of the foot, since the impact was definitely from the bottom. It's the first time this has happened to me, and I partly blame my own abrupt transition from normal shoes to zero-drop shoes. Secondly, I did get X-rays, and there were no fractures at all, but my left foot is still pretty swollen even after 14 days already. There's only a little amount of pain left, and I could even do most exercises normally. I did some 30-minute cardio skateboard pumping yesterday and had no issues afterwards. But the swelling just won't go away so easily. I believe that if I trained my feet (via your exercises) and transitioned more gradually, it might have been preventable.
Just bought some for $60 shipped Let’s hope they’re great for backpacking! 👍
TRX is good for making certain exercises feel more uniformly difficult through the full ROM. I'm putting together a cheap gym kit for my nephew. I tied used handles to a rope for a poor man's TRX, and some thrift store pushup handles and dumbell, with a green Rogue band for attching the dumbell to his foot.
Why do I only feel this in my hips???

I was thinking of needling on my heel. Now I found this proof... Great...
My patients seemed to find it helpful! But it’s definitely painful getting the needles inserted there, so mentally prepare yourself lol

So when doing one leg should I stand on the leg that hurts
Yes. That will be the one that is doing the work and getting affected
I realized that as I get older I am going to have to do a lot of physical therapy exercises to keep healthy. Thank goodness there is hope though.
True! A little more maintenance goes a long way!
After two days i finally can play basketball while not worrying about my knees. This helped a ton fr,Earned a sub.🎉
