Just watched this video after finding it elsewhere. I'm amazed that EasyJet apparently aproached CVT Airport to store 20 A320 aircraft there during the pandemic. What the hell were the owners thinking when they said no? I've said for many years now that CVT should be developed, maybe not for passenger flights ok, but there surely is a case for some sort of maintenance facility there for someone like Gulfstream, Cirrus, Bombardier, or someone? The airport could absolutely be a great gateway to the Midlands and Birmingham for bizjet operations. We should all be fighting much harder for the airport to remain, and remain operational.

Sounds like a lot of Dirty Tricks by the current owns which is purely wrong. Unfortunatelythey will most likely win. Losing thst storage deal is really bad.

Amazing, it has been over 20 years and I recognised so much. You captured the slightly decayed / scruffy working section as you went around the back and up towards the maintence aircraft parking of West Atlantic rear entrance. It took me right back and the front gatehouse hut of the second entrance where a very nice older lady used to greet Atlantic students and check our entry passes. I wasn't sure if she mothered us or felt sorry for us!

This is amazing, I can hear the sounds of big radials and the whining Electra at the front of Dakota House over 20 years ago. Strangely you have really captured the box hedges over by the West Atlantic premises, they are still there!. I did CPL training here in Dakota House with Atlantic Flight Training and between classes it was great to wander outside and look at so many old aircraft, but also... the box hedges fascinated me ?? It all brings back so many wonderful memories. Thank you..

I flew with PeachAir back in the 90's L1011 from EGKK-GCTS discovered that particular aircraft became a failed Diner

good job! look forward to it coming out. I visited the airport in late 2019 whilst working nearby and had a look at the DC6's parked up. I remember buffalo airways buying some aircraft from Coventry and watching it on TV when I was younger. Also, I live near Newquay so remember them moving classic airforce aircraft down to Cornwall from Coventry. Sad that all of that has gone now and there's less going on there. Do you know the future plans for the airport? I heard it's closing.

At night, you don’t have a problems with the dynamic lights In flights TO MDSD? in Flights more than 1 hrs ? exactly, the dynamic lights don’t load and the scenery is dark. you don’t have this problem?

The 737-200 is hard-to-handle without an co-pilot, but still a legendary plane. I love old planes, like 707 and A2A L-049. Great flight!
