Hey, thank you for this amazing video. I found it so helpful. Here's one question: at around 10:25 mark you talk about the maximum number of times a scheduler can be used. So in my case, I'm making a public scheduler to be embedded on my website from where clients can book calls & make payment as well. So for this public scheduler, do I keep this number at 0? that is unlimited number of times? Because I do want the scheduler to keep working for as long as I don't stop it... am i understanding the right use case scanario here? Please help :) And again, thanks for this video!

If my client has a recurring monthly charge and then may be charged for extra’s throughout the month, is the only option for them to receive two invoices?
Hi Allison! If you have a recurring invoice and you need to add additional charges that month, you would be able to add additional line items to the invoice but only after it's been created by the recurrence. If the client has enrolled in autopay though for the recurring invoice, then you would want to send it in a separate invoice so it doesn't stop autopay.
Thank you! Great video! You do a great job of explaining and your bubbly personality really comes through, I love it! I was hoping you could explain if there's a way to manually add hours in an invoice. For instance, if I'm out doing some work for the client but I don't have my computer so I can't use the hours tracker in Dubsado. I just keep track on the app on my phone and then add them manually when I get back to my computer. Do I just go to the invoice and add it in manually there or is there a way to manually add it through the hours tracker feature? Thanks!
I am glad the video helped you Shauna! When I am out and about and need to track my hours in phone, I login to the Dubsado website itself and open 'Time Tracker' from the 'Utilities' section, later adding it to the client project.
