I’m going to try this. BEAUTIFUL COLOR AND WORK 🧶😎
Beautiful. Thank you😊
@@Snowpaux Thankyou for watching. 🌼🌻🌼
I just found your video and this is a wonderful tutorial. I could listen to your voice all day. In fact, your voice would be perfect for making meditation videos. Thank you very much!
@@judiellal9794 thanks Judi. That made me laugh. I never thought of my voice being like that. I’m a calm person by nature. Crochet is very peaceful and therapeutic.
Lovely !
Thankyou Gladys 🌺🌺🌺
Wow! Beautiful! ❤❤❤❤❤❤😊
Thankyou 🌸🌸🌸
What about an alternative yarn?
Yes any 8ply or DK weight would work. Or you could do a different colour for each round. The peach one was just an 8ply yarn I bought from our local craft store. It wasnt an expensive yarn. It was on sale for $2.00 a ball. It was a neutral off white colour and I dyed it myself. But, you could use an acrylic or cotton or whatever you have available where you live. I hope you enjoy trying it and I’d love to see what you make. 🦋🦋🦋
It is so relaxing watching you crochet. And you soothing voice helps as well.
Aww that is so kind of you to say. I try to make it as simple as possible to follow. I teach beginners to crochet so I was aiming to show that even though it looks advanced anyone can try it. I hope it came across that way. 🐞🐞🐞
I was so excited to see another video from you Maureen, Thankyou and your work is glorious 💖💖💖
Thanks Jill. I wasnt expecting it to be so long but I wanted to show all the steps to making the cushion cover.
@@CrochetCavalier I thoroughly enjoyed it, the longer the better for me 👍🏼😁😁
Wow lovely work
Thankyou for watching.
I love the colors you created for your yarns. Do you ever sell your skeins? The whole project is stunning! Thank you for sharing.
@ Thankyou for your kind words. I’ve only just started dyeing recently. My aim was to sell some but I wanted to try them out first to see how they look. Hopefully in the new year I can make some to sell. 🌸🌸
@ I wish you the best in your endeavors. Like I said earlier, the colors and those squares are beautiful and I hope you try to replicate them. Where are you located? In the United States or another country?
I’m from Australia 🐨🦘🦜🌺
How absolutely lovely Maureen, I so enjoyed this and I adore shell & saltmarsh colours 😁😁
@@gumleaf_crochet_and_yarn I really love those muted colours too. I wasnt sure about the bright blue and orange/red ones but they’ve come up so pretty once they dried.
@@CrochetCavalier they sure did,it really is the blue of our oceans and the red of our WA red soil coastlines ❤️💙
Lovely stitch. Thanks for sharing.
@@lennymac5915 thanks for your kind comment. You’re welcome. Its become one of my favourite stitches. 🌸

@@gumleaf_crochet_and_yarn thanks Jill. It can be daunting talking to yourself on camera so I try to imagine Im talking to a friend over a cup of coffee/tea. 🌸
@@CrochetCavalier that’s exactly how I tried to do it too, imagine my Insta friends faces infront of me 😁😁

Thankyou for sharing all of these amazing blankets with us, I loved it and look forward to more 😍😍
Thanks Jill. You are always so encouraging. I just love making blankets. I’m going to do a shawl video next. I went a bit crazy making shawls a few years back. 😂
@@CrochetCavalier I look forward to that Maureen 😁😁
As a first crochet hook they are great. I really liked the handle being similar to the Clovers. Once you try Clovers though you’re hooked!
That’s very true! I’ve purchased (and returned) hooks from at least a dozen other brands, but nothing has matched the smoothness and glide of the Clover hooks. My only wish is that they also make them with a longer handle option. I have larger hands so mine do dig into my palm a little. Thanks for the video.
I’ve tried some very similar to the So Easy from Spotlight & felt exactly the same way as you have done when comparing the 2 👍🏼👍🏼
Hi I look forward to more videos I heard about your Chanel from Jill at gumleaf.💝💝good luck with the Chanel💝💝
