I went to school with Dr Todd's son (Andrew?) in the late 50s. It was a proper doctors' surgery with Dr Davies as our GP who would come out of the surgery to ask for his next patient! Old times indeed.

I remember when all these 1920's 30s etc homes had the separate Toilet and bathroom, then in the 80s everyone knocked them through to make ONE room which really was retched, who really wants that smell when soaking OR the inconvenience of not getting to the loo cos someone is in the bath :)

Was this flat sold in the end please or was it withdrawn as it is not coming up as sold anywhere ?

I am surprised there is no proper utility room where the washer and tumble dryer would go. I can't imagine anyone living here being willing to hang laundry on a clothesline.

I was attracted has a buyer to Bolnore village and have viewed two properties there. One being a 2 bed coach house and the other a top floor corner 2 bed flat on the opposite end facing this property. Although I never offered, due to the apartment property being far to compact, the position and location from this point was great.

tut tut tut , still havent plastered the attic ,strange when you consider the owner is a devloper im sure it was sold a few months ago . as long as the wind doesn't blow from the north your ok , down the road from a sewage plant ,

Some friendly advice, you need to pan your camera/phone a LOT more slowly. All the fast pans will make people motion sick. That hole on the right side of the toilet is going to make a potential buyer nervous. Other than that, it's a lovely house! Alas we're not quite in a position to be ready to purchase a place yet.

I actually love these videos. They are honest and really informative about the local area, including the potential for building extensions/exploiting roof spaces; access to nearby shops/dog walking/points of interest; and sometimes even a bit of local history. They are down to earth and focus on the things that really matter to people. The videos you produce are no-nonsense, natural, unpretentious and succinct. I, personally, shy away from the flowery descriptions given on some videos - I can enjoy that in novels - in favour of practical advice & information. Thank you and keep doing what you're doing!
