I had two rules for The Last Jedi. I forget what the other one, but killing Luke was the second, because it was a cynically predictable thing to do. I wasn't going to watch RoS but a friend bought my ticket. I had a moment where I thought Last Jedi might be a better movie while Rise of Skywalker was a fun mess of a movie, but then I started remembering all the stuff that happened in TLJ. They were both terrible in different ways. But yeah lack of a basic plan was the biggest problem.

I took her program too! The exercises were my favorite part. I've moved onto different programming but incorporate things I learned to tailor the programming to work for me.

The beginning was really bad. Then I learned that ignoring this condition and keeping passionately busy is very important. It's not easy and takes time (years). If you pay attention to your pain or fatique, it get worse and worse. If you ignore, you will not experience it on such level or even notice because you get used to it (unless you do smth or under certain conditions). It only helps if can you concentrate on other things. Have you noticed that people forget pain or dont feel pain in some situations? Thank you for sharing. Best wishes. My english is bad, i know.
