This boss is possible without heal, you can push in way more damage if you play aggressive, at your level, you're actually capable of killing the one on 30 Hard believe it or not.

My highest power of any NIKKE is 40k can’t seem to finish tier 7, most of my cubes we level 5 and skills are around 5-6 mark
