If every day is the same for you that suggests your routine is mundane , which I would call boring (obviously not you as that's the way you prefer it ) I have no set routine but I decide in the morning how my day will go, I might go food shopping or cancel it for another day Etc. That way I keep my mind active and hopefully my braincells too.. I tend to not plan to far ahead unless it's something important, like my next visit to Thailand , "Treat every day as if it's your last, because one day it will be " This is why I'm sugar but your sugar free, we're both the same , only different! 😊
