This is a MIDI realization of a concerto for trumpet and orchestra written by the Belgian composer Leon Stekke (1904-1970). While the piano reduction is published (www.all-sheetmusic.com/Wind-Instruments/Trumpet/Concerto-nr-37.html), the original orchestra version is unpublished and has no publicly available recordings.
