Before I was saved... I sat right behind Johnny Cash in Newburg NY armory. and. enjoyed their music (2 were with him). I actually got saved = Born Again .....about 14 years later and have prayed for Johnny [and June too] through the years (now about 60 ? years ago) and was. so so SO thrilled to learn they had indeed gotten saved ! He was an amazing artist !. My fiancé introduced me to his music. (city girl = Rock & Roll !) and my guitarist husband's very favorite singer ! [ His family were farmers in the mountains and all of them loved Johnny Cash. = don't know anyone who didn't love him!]. Now John can see his Savior's face always. and. forever. ~. I have trouble being patient and look forward to Thanking Jesus face to face and forever and ever.

That is an amazing story. I used to go see Johnny and June's graves in Hendersonville. I was always impressed by the scriptures on their site. But, I was even more impressed that he and June gave two plots in the Carter family area to Joe Maphis qnd his wife. He was one of the best guitarists ever that struggles later in life financially and Johnny took care of those plots for them. The Carter family area at the Cemetery is an amazing stop if you love music and history.

You don't a God to fee empathy and compassion toward your fellow man. Ive been a homeless case manager in Skid Row for over 15 years. I estimate ive housed at least 300 -350 people during this time, and not once did God speak to me about what I've committed of my own free will and not expecting a reward or acknowledgment from.a ghost.

Chase as a Christian I would think you would tell the real truth about your father and how much I Love you. This story you are telling is not the truth In so many ways. I think the first words you ever said to me was when you were maybe 2 years old. I was talking to your mother on the phone and she asked if I wanted to talk to you. You got on the phone and I hear your mother coaching you saying daddy money. And then you say Daddy Money. Wow your mother was all about money. That's way she had sex with me out of wedlock. I had my own business and she saw a meal ticket. When she took me to court over child support. I asked how much I should pay and they told me "You don't have to pay anything" "Leticia Garcia is unwilling to cooperate and provide us the info we need. This is because if I was paying child support I would have rights to have visits with you. They said it was up to me what I wanted to pay each month. But I was not ordered by the courts to pay anything. I gave them a figure of $500 is what I was willing to pay. They said they would document that. But again I was not legally binded pay anything. There were so many times that I wanted to see you so bad. But your mother was ruthless. She didn't care if you saw your father or not. But it was all about money. One time I wanted to see you so bad I climbed up the tree next to your window just to see you in your room. She called the police on me and I went to jail just for climbing the tree to say I love you. You really honestly do have distorted one-sided view that your mother has planted in your mind. We could go on and on about this so many different things. And how it's been twisted with false information making me look like a deadbeat dad. And when it comes to the subject of drugs you had already tried all the drugs that you were doing before you ever did drugs with me. 100 % I will say I was wrong to party with you as an adult. But let's not forget your grandmother grandfather give me drugs in high school. We did cocaine and would read the Bible. How to get drugs for my birthday and Christmas from my parents. I know this was a great angle to use for the dream center. How the dream center save you from the deadbeat dad. It really hurts to think you had a lower yourself to this level and lie in the stream center interview. It's the ultimate sin to think and see the truth being distorted for the sake of the dream center Glory. I believe the game center is a wonderful statement to help a less fortunate. Play not at the expense of the father being the scapegoat here to my demise. I mean come on Chase really you're going to blame me for the way your life turned out. For someone that loves you deeply as I do it was a shock and very hurtful to my heart when I stumbled upon this. I was never even told about this. Other than what my mom said how proud she was of you and your interview at the dream center. She failed to tell me it was all about me how I failed to be a part of your life and feed you drugs. If there is a God I'm sure did he look down upon this whole distorted truth about a father who wasn't allowed to see his son because of a mother insecurities, there are so many inconsistencies in your testament. My holy Spirit tells me that I probably shouldn't have even made a statement about the untruth of your relationship with me. But I couldn't help but stand up but I believe the real truth be. Because I know the truth oh how I feel about you and what took place. But I'll always Love You and I know we will move on and have beautiful times together. And I am very proud of you for turning your life around in living your life for the Lord . God willing we will see each other soon I appreciate our times together.

I was going to this church since 1997 off and on volunteering! Pastor Matthew doesn't even know me or my family! I've tried holding a legitimate conversation, and it's impossible! I must make an appointment to do so! wow, not even Jesus requires that! The only way to get his attention is if you donate a few thousand dollars !!

I go to a church in Byram, MS your book Misfits Welcome has touched our pastor and we’re doing a sermon series on Misfits as we’re all misfits called by God to find and love other misfits.
