The most technical part of making this is when you put the rice or the beans. The beans was cooked (although we don’t know for how long). The rice went from raw to something that looked already cooked. (Was it cooked too and for how long). We didn’t really get that information too. If anyone misses these details, the food will not come out nice though; most likely gonna look soggy. Cos they’re the most technical part of this
