Do you ever feel like life is passing by too quickly and you want to capture every moment? I'm a big believer in preserving memories, and I think it's a great idea to document all facets of life through photos, documentaries, and podcasts. By doing so, we can explore the rich history of our lives and create something truly special that we can cherish forever. What do you think?

6 signs of Depression in Jamaica | Psychology

The Jamaican Criminal Mindset | Psychology

Thank you for sharing your views on this podcast. More Jamaicans need to understand and face our dysfunctions so that healing and proper correction can take place. Bullyism by dysfunctional persons and maliciousness have been normalized in Jamaica.. Dysfunctional Jamaicans are making Jamaica more and more dysfunctional. But there are healthy, grounded, balanced Jamaicans who make a difference. More of us are needed to redirect and replace toxic behaviour and negative culture trends in Jamaica. A repair and reversal can be done. It will take time. I am glad that you did not restrict criminal mindset to social class because criminal mentality and anti-social disorders are evident across all social classes and in all levels of status and society in Jamaica. Responsibility for turning a blind eye to those criminals and dysfunctional Jamaicans that we favour or prefer, or for being very selective about when we see and address criminal behavior and dysfunction, is a responsibility that rests on ALL Jamaicans' shoulders Looking forward to your next videos.
Perhaps you could explore: What role does being in a state of constant external instead of internal focus and being constantly distracted play in lack of self awareness, poor decision making, low emotional intelligence and even depression? For example, watching daily hype about other people, entertainment gossip, social media and constant watching of videos on phones; or constant arguing with others and being angry with others; or the need to be constantly talking or always being around music and noisy environments etc.
Suggestion: What role do the following play in causing a population to produce low functioning, emotionally dysregulated generations: - unprepared pregnancy before maturity or adulthood - poor nutrition in the womb and in childhood - vitamin D and B12 deficiencies in particular - child and spousal abuse and exposure to trauma (frequent experiences of shock, emotional turmoil, frustration, feeling unsafe and grief) - high exposure to toxins through heavy metals (cadmium, lead, bauxite mining chemicals leaching into Jamaica's groundwater and aquifers etc), agricultural toxins from increased use of pesticides especially glyphosate, increased toxic exposure from imported foods and plastics, - high sugar and starch diets - high stress and how all of the above impact psychology of a population because of altered infant/child and adult development due to changes in hormonal and nervous systems' development and brain and nerve damage. In other words, is there research or observable signs that criminal behaviour and low emotional intelligence are affected by changes in levels of trauma, childhood/ teen pregnancy, malnourishment and exposure to toxins? Is the psychology of criminal behaviour and emotional dysregulation in Jamaicans the outcome of not only social factors, but also nutritional and environmental toxicity factors that are now affecting the biology of development in Jamaicans?
