Bad Days − A Poem (Official Video)
We've all had bad days... days when we think the whole world is against us. But as Christians, God can show us how we should really view bad days-and how we can help to make other people's days better.

The Cross − A Poem (Official Video)
มุมมอง 1362 หลายเดือนก่อน
What does the cross mean to us? So often, it seems that we forget how amazing it really is. I wrote this poem to capture some of that wonder we should feel when we think about the cross. I based almost every line on a passage of scripture, so be sure to look the references up to follow along. Blog: christianwriter.blog/ //please subscribe//

Love it! 🙌
I loved this! 🫶🏼
Very nice soul searching. There are always different points of view in our lives and we learn from all of them. What we do with what we learn is what is important. Do you have a TH-cam channel?
@@bonniekrause-gams1769 Yes, if you click on my profile picture here on TH-cam, it will take you to my channel 😄

There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job... (just a story that came to mind) :)

Wow the last one is amazing! How have I never heard it before?
Thank you, Lord, for these songs!
Wonderful song, one of my favorites 🎶

Wonderful hymns
@@JamesStansell thank you!!
Wow, you started writing and reading (and speaking) early. That really helps in giving you a head start. Now you'll be able to add YouTubing and speaking skills as well. Just try to enjoy the process of living, even if there is lots of chaoticness (or chaos)! According to the Oxford English Dictionary (OED), chaoticness is also an acceptable word, from what I saw. Thanks Grace.
@@PromisingPod Thanks for watching! Oh, perfect, then I totally meant to say chaoticness 😂
@ Chaoticness. Chaos. Why are we surprised that the word itself is full chaos-ity. Now, that I'm sure is NOT a word.
The audio is so good! The mic was a good choice!
@@oddunicornpodcast9264 Thanks! Stephen set it up for me 😄
@gracedvorachek6103 that makes sense.
Two questions that came to mind: 1) do you have any thoughts or experience with so-called generative AI? 2) have you met other Christian writers on Instagram (or just in general)? 3) should punctuation go inside the closing bracket?
@JamesStansell I have used AI to generate images a few times, but I have never used it for writing. I've met a lot of other writers and I've been a part of a few different writing communities in the past. I think if the bracket is a full sentence, punctuation goes on the inside. If it's part of a bigger sentence, I usually put it on the outside. I'm not a grammar expert, though, so you may want to research that more.
Great job and really interesting questions and answers. A lot of them I wanted to reply to, but... I wasn't taking notes. Loved the answer for Levi :) I have 6 siblings and my parents always encouraged us to read. Big families are wonderful!
that moment when at first I thought the caption said pray for me
@@JamesStansell 😂 I mean... I could always use prayer
@gracedvorachek6103 same!
😆😆😆😆😆
Inspirations can be the spark that leads to many other great ideas. It's a funny skit, though.
So me 😂
"you can't make this stuff up" 😅

So inspiring & beautifully done! It took a great effort to compile this scripturally. Great job!

Very good advice. You do need to treat it like a job, and then eventually you will learn to love the job, just like you learn to love other jobs.
