Walaikumsalaam, There is no email for you pre book the STPC despite what some TH-cam videos say, all you have to do is upon arrival go to the Gulf Air desk and they will check whether you are eligible and will give you a room and sort your transportation. It's really simple. The website dictates the eligibility criteria (which is frequently updated) the last time I checked when I travelled it was if you have 7+ hours. I hope this helps.

You make the judgement as it is a subjective test, whether you have to tie low close to the nape of your neck depends on the thickness of your hair.
