Sorry. Unusual heat this time of the year brought the bees out of hibernation.

We had a pretty good cold spell last week and then this heat wave happened. Never seen them swarm like this as if they were dormant and the heat suddenly made them active. We need some rain in a bad way

Thanks Jeremy! I do ok sometimes lol. If I remember correctly that tree was in about 20 fow. I'd just let it sink for a few seconds, and then lower it about a foot every few minutes. Just as long as I could feel those limbs I was good. I look for those root balls along the bank where they've fallen into the deeper water. Had to try several different spots because the crappie weren't biting very well. God bless!
