All about Screen Prints Biz. The Channel, the website, and the future.
So you print flash print an under base? That would be 3 layers of ink once the top colors are On there. Isn’t that too thick
مرحبا اسمي ايوب. أنا أعمل في هذه المهنة في المغرب. اريد ان اعمل لديك اذا كنت تبحث عن عامل.

Dip tank prices are absolutely ridiculous
Thank you!! This helped a lot!!!
One thing, I don’t know why it doesn’t and matter how hard you try. I’ve tried so hard and got so far in the end it doesn’t really matter what way you squeegy... Mike shinoda.

How is that unit holding up? Do you have plans for this build?
Thanks for the helpful information and technique tips.
ANY BLUEPRINTS AND IS TEMPERED GLASS A GOOD IDEA?
who makes your Fixture ?
why do you have to have a fan to cool the bulb if you will expose the silk screen for less than a minute ? there is got to be a reason.... unless you are burning many screen per hour...
Do you have Blueprints material description
This video was very helpful and very cool
thanks homie, this video explain a lot gee.
I never push... hate it! pulling since 01 baby!
For a business and customer oriented setting, why can you not find someone to film the clip? improvisation ? wearing too many hats in the company?
im confused about the off contact. can you detailed it further? and whats the length of the off contact. thank you.
do you use plastisol ink
whats in the dip tank?
Martino Gabra its an emulsión remover
i'm getting ready to build a unit just like what you showed. Any new pointers? My biggest concern is what is the distance from the bulb to the glass? I am using 34 x 34 inch screens and a 1,000 watt metal hylide.
Good helpful video. I'm just getting into screen printing and was pushing and pulling because that's what I've seens other printers do. Thanks for the helpful advice.
Is that an Anatol? You like it?
thank
I'm curious to know about the math behind the size. I'm trying to build a unit for burning screens 24*20 (with a 30*28" glass) and I know that the distance from bulb to glass is 1.5 x mesh size. But that seems quite high and I'm curious to know where that math comes from. Also, about the angle of your reflectors. Do they need to be 45deg?
Would a cut out instead of a print work the same when it would be exposed? Please let me know, trying to start printing.
Erick, allow me to give you a suggestion. The first and perhaps most important thing to understand is that the ink is not transferred by pushing the ink through the mesh, but through a capillary action when the wet ink comes into contact with the dry substrate. You don't need any more pressure than to place the bottom of the mesh into contact with the substrate. This is enough pressure to add a bit more ink into the mesh opening and transfer the ink properly. This is the reason why you are having trouble on the large, more open areas.
G. William Hood - Hey Bill, what is the secret to getting the ink to clear the screen with just that little pressure? A little curable reducer? Silicone? Super low angle? The he lower angle helps fear the screen but doesn't deposit enough ink. Thoughts? THANKS!!!
What do you prefer to use to remove emulsion. Also do you super clean your aluminum frames if so what is used to remove old paint. Thanks
buen video muchacho
Nyceee, but get a tripod
That's a lot of ink. You run the risk of losing soft to touch.
TheGollyWally hey bud. This guy ain't gonna answer anything. Can I ask you the tricks to get good coverage and opacity without too much ink? To keep as soft of a hand as possible. Thanks my man!!!!
Hi have you tried to make a washout booth I'm working on one. but slowly because of money.
Are you still in business?
I'm having a problem finding a ballast for a 1000w metal halide bulb that will work with a 110v or 220v outlet. Also where to purchase it would be very helpful also. Thanks.
hey im just curios what u put inside the thank is emulsion remover u put some brand in special how much ?
u can buy those aluminum frames ever where like ryonet or ebay
I am curious, about the metal frames that you use is it something that you purchased or are they something that you can go to your local metal shop and have them frame up for cheaper or dip you weld them your self? Just wondering.
acrylic glass depending on the kind that you get can allow 40% more light through. but your major factor is the UV coating that is on 90% of acrylic. (most plexiglass you pick up at home depot, menards, ect.. is acrylic glass)
great videos.
Very nice shop! So the printer you use for films is also the same you use to make the banners? Thanks for sharing!
