Gentle parenting isn't parenting. That's like being in charge with no authority as a boss at work. These are the kind of parents that think the way a child feels means something. Most of my childhood I either didn't understand or didn't like or agree with my parents way. Oh how things cleared all the way up after becoming a father of four.

as a middle child i only now as a teen feel left out. i’m the oldest girl, the one who does the most random hobbies, and the one with the most medical conditions( md and seizures) so now as a teen i’m starting to feel like my parents forget im there. i find that if you just do different things than ur siblings you will stand out. all three of us play soccer, but only one plays club, both me and my sister cheer, but i did it first and would not let her join my school team unless we had different teams bc that was my ONE thing i had to myself. i sing, and im the only one, i play and instrument, just not though schoool like my sister. do different things and you might not be forgotten about.

Why is there a breathing noise in the 6th story (the one about Raina/Reyna)? Is that an added audio you can use? I don't use TikTok so I'm not familiar with it.

So glad I am childfree with this generation of moms. When the lady was asking her kid if she could come in and he whines "nooo" and she's like " I love you so-n-so" JFC, the bossy entitlement! These kids are going torture teachers and not be able to hold a job. I know you want to show them love and let them have their space but being a parent is about preparing the kid for the real world. And I get you want to be calm with them. But the truth is yall act like there are two extremes, yelling and berating and talking like a amn HR manager. There is a healthy in between. You don't have to scream at them and beat them to teach them to respect authority. The kids are not the boss of the house. Take for example the kid in his room refusing to come out. I get letting a kid go in his room to calm down. And I get maybe giving the kid a few extra minutes if he is still upset. But when you let the kid have total control over when Mom gets to go in your spoiling him and teaching him that he gets to make the rules. That's not how life works. It's Mom's house and she is the authority. She let him in there to cool off, came back and gave him the option to have 5 more minutes. But at some point the kid needs to learn the world doesn't revolve around him. The point of parenting is teaching kids about the real world. These kids are the kids that make teachers quit their jobs, they will be full on non-functioning wrecks that will break down in full blown anxiety attacks when their boss tries to come in the office when they "aren't ready for someone in their space." When a child hits you or throws something, you don't have to scream. But softly saying over and over "now that's not nice" does not teach them about the real world consequences about harming others. Certain actions upset people. You should match the tone with the action. If a kid whines "no" when mom says to pick a toy, sure a "but baby, it's not play time anymore. It's time for dinner" in a calm sweet voice is fine. But when the one kid absolutely lost it the second mom didn't open his snack and threw the sink across the room, that totally warranted a mean face and a stern "HEY, WE DON'T DO THAT!" Kids need to understand that certain actions warrant stronger emotions. If they never hear a voice raised and everything is sweetly explained to them, they are going to have a HARD TIME living in the real world and not understand that no one else is gonna say "it's okay baby, your big emotions are valid" when they yell scream and throw things. I mourn for this generation of adults. You think we got Karens now? Oh hell, these kids will be mega Karens!

Yo who remembers playing tennis with your hands. If you dont know what I mean here: When I was still in middle school, we used to bring a tennis ball or any type of ball that bounces good. When its lunch we used to go to the big concrete slabs and play. We used to call it Hand Tennis, If the ball hits the line when a player hits the ball the other player recieves a point. When the ball double bounces in your block the other player gets a point. If it goes out of bounds when u hit it the other player recieves a point but if u mannage to save it before it hits the ground when its out of bounds the other player does not recieve a point. If you hit the ball directly into their block they get a point. And there is also something called street rules where out of bounds doesnt exist. There is way more rules but I am to lazy to give them all.

My 8 year old son said to me that he saw in the window a demon spider man , he had red eyes and scary teeth. He then said that there was more then 1 , he said there was 3 of them and they always watch him in the window at night and they sometimes come into his room to watch him and talk to him. After he said that to me he then says that they were behind me. As i go to turn to look he says , NO MOMMY DONT LOOK BECAUSE THEY WILL HURT ME. After he said that my books on the table flew off and on to the floor 2 feet away from the table. I quickly grab my son and went to my room and closed my door. I started to pray to God and we slept in my room the whole night. We moved from there and have never had any thing like that happen again.
