Exploration and Transformation
This page is going to be a cluster of me trying to explore what this life has to offer. I am currently 28 years old living in California working in technology. I love fitness, traveling, and even got the chance to compete on American Ninja Warrior season 9 in 2017. I like to try a lot of new things and especially things that bring on a sort of thrill. On this page, I hope to share, progression in my video editing, beat boxing, mountain biking, training, nutrition, traveling, piano, business ventures, and of course anything else I manage to get myself into.
Most of all, I want to create a community of viewers that are able to bring out the best in one another.
Cheers!

Check out this 14.7-mile out-and-back trail near Big Pine, California. Generally considered a challenging route, it takes an average of 8 h 15 min to complete. This is a very popular area for backpacking, camping, and fishing, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are May through October. Dogs are welcome and may be off-leash in some areas.
This incredible trip offers some of the best views in the Sierra. Located in the John Muir Wilderness at the end of Glacier Lodge Road, the North Fork Trail leads up to the seven gorgeous Big Pine Lakes in addition to the rocky peak of Temple Crag. Those with the time and energy can also make the extra push to Palisade Glacier, which is visible throughout your climb. Just over the other side of these jagged peaks lies Kings Canyon National Park.

Need better tires
You need better tires for that with chains.
Bought my new tires and good to go!
They say you have never been stuck, tell you own a 4x4.
You can say that again!
U guys got stuck AGAIN?
haha, this is the video from the first time.
Nice!
Sweet!
@@EricChambers-u3g thanks man!
Nice!
Hell yeah. When was this recorded? Are you on a Ripley?
Sup man! This is a Ripley and I believe the end of September.
Nice. I ride a Ripley AF and it's good to see others in the wild. I rode this exact series of trails last year and I really want to do it again.
@ agreed! Ridley’s are great bikes! Sometimes I wish I had a little more suspension but never bite the bullet as I love my bike. You should totally make it out again. I try and get out once a year if I can!
Wow, looks amazing!
Breathtaking! Thanks for taking me where I cannot go! ❤

How many day after you walk without any support
@@bhupenderbabal1365 it was 8 weeks of non weight bearing👌🏼
"the flow never ends, it's like the tale to a good movie"🙌
Haha, love that you watched it my man. 😊
No leg extension machine? Or hamestring curl ?
Yeah, not sure why we didn’t do much of that. Sadly just doing what I was told at the time. 🤷🏼♂️
Trail is gone !! I was there in July and is pretty much destroyed they are chopping trees 🌲 off ., it was a fun trail . The top 2 trails were still complete , jellybean and joggybear
this one of the few videos that I see someone still use the brace between workouts! so thank you for posting your journey! great workout
@@agakalinowska9823 absolutely! Gotta keep it real out here when we can 🤪
Great, I will learn from your progress.
Thank you for sharing your adventure !! awesome
This plan for how many week? Bro
I am 11 week. Still can't do this excercise.
It’s all good man! Just know everyone starts and finishes at different spots. I hope you’re doing good now!
Just to add... That used to be a "secret" trail till the shuttle outfits started running. It's a shame how blown out it is now.
@@ryanprentice6921 crazy.. but makes sense that access to the area made the trail more popular. It sort of felt like as soon as we got off the shuttle that was the first obvious trail to hit. How long ago was it before they started shuttling people?
Dem's my home trails there...
Meniscus repair or remove,, which 1 you had done
I had a remove on one and a repair on the other.
How r you now,,, have you faced any complications
@@dipankarborah6468had the same + ACL repair 3 months ago, I can run already, hike mountains, cycling I started 3 weeks after surgery. In hard trainings I still get small swelling. But it is ok next morning. I have my knee way better than preop, and it is still only 3 months
I've ridden them. They're mostly just float trails. But super super fun flow trails. Go to Pennsylvania or Northern New Jersey for super chunky tech trails.
Sounds fun to me! Maybe some day 🙌🏼
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! 🙏
Have you considered using Strava for tracking? I know AllTrails calculations can be off (so can Strava's), but Strava can give a better idea of actual distance and elevation gained. On my hikes, when All Trails says 5 miles, I usually end up with 5.8 or so.
Oh, beautiful hike and thanks for sharing.
Thanks Tony! I track it on my Garmin watch/strava and then also AllTrails. Ohh also my mini in reach. All three have separate mileage 😅 sort just have to work with what we got I guess and average it out. And agreed, such a cool hike. Hoping to do it again late season with less bugs! Lol
How the hell did you get full range of motion in 8 weeks post bear implant surgery for both acl and meniscus and I can’t even get to 120flexion 😢
It’s all good Liz! Just know everyone starts and finishes at different points. I hope you’re doing well now 🙏😁
I actually thought your snatch pred pandemic was good i can only go up to 175lbs and my pr for power clean is 225 but probably 230-240 id my max i do olympic lifts to jump higher and improve my basketball game its made an incredible difference all round for almost every skill not just athleticism
That's awesome to hear! Olympic lifting has for sure been a great way for athletes to cross trian for other sports. Also, great numbers you're putting up!
How's the knee now? Can you sprint now?
Knee feels great :D I can sprint but I don't do it enough for workouts.
@@LukeChambersVideos thank you for the reply! I am 4 weeks out. I do MMA and running. Hope I can get back to all the lifting, jumping, grappling. Used to play squash too
@@peeyush981 absolutely! You got this.. just put in the work and you’ll be back in no time :) strength comes faster then the feeling of you being able to trust it generally. For good reason. Haha
@@LukeChambersVideos thank you Luke!
Wow the difference in your form over the years👏🏼
Looks like a fun flow trail, but none of these Tahoe trails videos seem to have any chunk or technical riding?
Yeah, id agree with that! A lot of flow trails with rocks here and there. I do miss longer rock gardens.
Its awesome on a Ripmo too! 😉
@@OverTheHillMTB a roomy would be awesome! I have a Ripley but but enjoy a bit more travel 😁
Is your acl and meniscus surgery giving any problem to u now
Not at all 😁
@@LukeChambersVideos thanks for telling I just got surgery so I was wondering.
I can’t believe jackass is closing. You worked so hard to get a trail named after you. Sad. Great flow. Good to see you’re ok.
Haha 😅 totally agree!
I have my acl + menescus surgery before 5 month which exercise will I do now plz guide me
Sorry I missed this! I’d say follow you PT’s guidance though… just make sure you tell them what your expected full recovery looks like.
Small correction... Nevada City! This Saturday is Dirt Daze up in Nevada City.
I’m bummed I’m going to miss that! Sounds fun. You going?
@lukechambers9517 yes, I'll be there. It's rain or shine, and heavy rain now in the forecast.
How soon were you able to get a full rotation on the bike? I'm day 6 post-op (ACL only, allograft) and can get 90 degrees of flexion (albeit painfully).
Good question, sorry I missed this! You doing good now?
Aapka pura knee bending hone me kitna time lga tha
So on the 6th week you were able to put full weight on operated leg with no assistance at all and walk normal?did you feel any pain doing that?and how are you doing now?did you have your meniscus repaired or trimmed??
I believe it was 8 weeks when I was full weight and resistance. Felt weird honestly but that was more of a mental thing. Over time that goes away 😁 now I’m doing fine! I should do a full update video soon. Meniscus repair.
@lukechambers9517 yeah a detailed update would be nice ...thanks for your reply
@@nessa90 today 34 day complete I have done medial meniscus repair and ACL reconstruction now I have swalling and pain 10% and I am not put any weight
My plan is by end of June. How long can you walk there from the bus station to the lake? I know they closed out for all cars. Only bus can go by.
Beautiful place. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for watching 🙏
Hi ,How long after surgery can jump at full strength?
it depends on how quickly you gain your muscle strength back. it took me around 6 months to get my left (injured) leg equal to the right leg in terms of strength.
It took me awhile to learn how to trust it honestly… probably about a year before I was doing backflips again and jumping like normal. Are you doing good now?!
I don't believe this
*PromoSM* 😜

Great series you two. We really enjoyed the videos. Looked like you had a great vacation.
