How to activate ATL status?
Why Did Your ATL Status Become Inactive?
PSID, PSID Invoice, PSID Code, SC Bank Pakistan, Jazz Cash
The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) reviews taxpayer information in March and may deactivate your ATL status for the following reasons:
1. Late Tax Return: Failing to file your income tax return by the due date (October 31st for the previous tax year) can lead to deactivation.
2. Non-Filing of Tax Return: Completely neglecting to file your income tax return, regardless of the due date, will likely result in deactivation.
3. Unpaid Late Filing Challan: If you filed your return late but didn’t pay the associated late filing penalty (challan), known as ATL Surcharge by the deadline, your ATL status might be deactivated.
Example: If you haven’t filed your tax return for the tax year 2023 (income earned between July 1st, 2022 and June 30th, 2023), and the due date has passed (October 31st, 2023), your ATL status might be deactivated on March 2024.

Salam, sorry for late in response. Was bit off grid. This is ideal time to invest. Property down jarhi hai. And this trend prevail further for 1 year or so, I believe. Etihad is lucrative when it comes to investment. Residence kliye I won't recommend, TBH. I am living here and very disappointed..

کل 11 نومبر 2023 میں اپنی فیملی کے ساتھ جنوبی پنجاب کے شہر فورٹ عباس سے اتحاد ٹاؤن ایا پلاٹ لینے کے سلسلے میں گیٹ پر کھڑے سیکیورٹی گارڈ نے مجھ سے شناختی کارڈ کا مطالبہ کیا میں نے کہا یار شناختی کارڈ کی تصویر ہے میرے موبائل میں اس کے علاوہ گاڑی کا اسمارٹ کارڈ بھی میرے پاس ہے اس نے کہا شناختی کارڈ کے بغیر ہمیں الاؤ نہیں میں نے کہا یار 400 کلومیٹر سفر کر کے 8:10 گھنٹوں میں ہم ائے ہیں ہم نے پلاٹ لینا ہے پلیز ہمیں جانے دو اپ کی مہربانی ہوگی لیکن اس مولوی نے ہمیں سوسائٹی کے اندر نہیں جانے دیا میں ایک اورسیز پاکستانی ہوں پوری دنیا میں ایسا رویہ میں نے کبھی نہیں دیکھا اس نے میری فیملی میرے بچوں کا حیا نہیں کیا انتہائی دکھ اور افسوس کے ساتھ مجھے گیٹ سے واپس انا پڑا یقین مانیں انتہائی دکھ اور شرمندگی ابھی تک محسوس کر رہا ہوں اس طرح کا ان کا گندہ اور غلیظ نظام ہے ایسا نہیں کرنا چاہیے ان لوگوں کو میں لیک سٹی بھی کیا تھا میں نے چھوٹی سی رکویسٹ کی اور انہوں نے مجھے بہت اچھا پروٹوکول دیا اور مجھے جانے دیا انسان کو اخلاقی طور پر اس طرح نہیں ہونا چاہیے اتحاد ٹاؤن سکیورٹی عملہ انتہائی بد اخلاق اور گندہ بالکل بھی کوپریٹ نہیں کرتا میں تو خاموشی سے واپس اگیا کوئی بدتمیزی نہیں کی لیکن یہ دکھ اور بےعزتی جب تک زندگی ہے یہ واقعہ مجھے یاد رہے گا اور ان کا نفرت امیز رویہ کبھی نہیں بھولے گا

Yes, you are correct. That is the case indeed. However, if your investment is in Phase-I of the Etihad project (ONLY PHASE-I), you don't need to worry. Phase-I is attractive for investment purposes but not suitable for residential purposes.
