I certainly applaud these type of people that defend themselves against homelessness due to economic injustice but, In this timeline now 2024 no one should have to live like a nomad unless they like traveling.

I Love this idea, it would be awesome to be sure to really encourage! And seek out to invite minority people ( inclusion!) As a minority myself we often don’t feel truly! welcomed, especially! When we don’t see very many of us! Great idea just please! Welcome and encourage black women to join.

Thank you for sharing so generously. The 'invisible homeless' you describe is also a phenomenon here in Australia, with the fastest growing demographic being older women. This is the same demographic most likely to have nurtured children or other family members and volunteered in their schools and local community organisations. Yet a good proportion of them are not living in their vehicles by choice. They have been let down by societal and government values that continually take. We are in an age of corporate colonialism. Kudos to you for coping with the lows and celebrating the highs.

Vehicle tours of nomads are always interesting/educational ... but the financial side is essential for those considering this life: - Cost of vehicle with mileage at time of purchase/when purchased - annual vehicle insurance costs & what that covers - breakdown of monthly expenses - some info on person’s budget/income if possible etc., etc.,

Thank you for bringing these to our attention. I have found this product in my research. I purchased a ridged suitcase 100 watt panel, but I am looking for a lighter option to add to my system. I also have an older class b with a fiber class high top so ridged panels will not work on the roof of my class b. Thank you for taking the time to create this video. Gurl, you got me crying. I’m so ready to do this “van life”. I was living in my 2012 Nissan Altima on and off for four years on and off with my 22 year old son. We both were homeless. Right now I’m still homeless staying with a friend renting a room from her. I do plan on getting me a van for sure!!! Stay strong boo❤

I think women of a certain age living in vans are not homeless. We are differently homed. After a certain age it's not fun taking care of a place cleaning and dealing with the maintenance the day in and day out yard work none of it is a good time. Sitting around a campfire with a bunch of like-minded women now that sounds like a kick in the pants. I'm building out my van right now I've been dreaming of it for about 8 years and I finally get to do it I'm so thankful

As a disabled woman, I had to live vicariously most of my life. Facebook and Internet doesn’t do that for me. I don’t want to live through a screen.
