Christmas 1981, we were swimming at Aunt Virginia's house and got sick of swimming pretty fast. We did it all the time. Dad said, "Let's go play in the snow!" so the whole family loaded up and we drove to Idyllwild. Just had to share my memory with you since you shared yours. I miss Hemet. We lived on Trevor Ln. for a year and I went to Little Lake until we moved away. I want to go back and visit soon.. It's been 36 years but I still have a lot of good memories.

Wow! Her voice keeps getting stronger and clearer. I saw her in concert last summer and I thought she was great then. This tops even last year! This is amazing for her to be singing on this level at her age and I heard she had a broken toe on top of it. What a strong and courageous lady. But then again that is the stuff legends are made of. A true living legend. No lip synching,microphone gimmicks, enhanced computer mixing here. Pure raw talent.

Did you go in the ETX Theater for any movie? I'm going to Disney World next summer just in time for Pirates 4 to open! I can't think of a better place to see it.
