How you get that big rebelion even with the 98% of approval, in some saves i have i have the approval of 10%, everything bad (for the ppl not for me and the economy) and the rebels dont even apear

There's also a graphics setting where you can choose the max population. Think mine was on 2k by default, but you can increase it to 10k

I hated Tropico 5... But atleast it's combat animations looked okay. Combat here looks downright lazy, with police just standing there, tanks vanishing, massive dust clouds appearing around the rebels, aircraft super slow dropping super slow bombs... Who thought this is acceptable for a $40 game with $70+ DLC?
How do you have such high approval yet so many rebels?? I’m in modern times with martial law and have an approval of 8% and get like 10 rebels

If there's any opposing political party, and you're on anything above easy difficulty you *will* get riots. The size will vary depending on those factors, but they *will* riot.
