What's the best thing about MLP G5 like having a stallion like Hitch as one of the main protagonists? Which is better between Make Your Mark and Tell Your Tale also do the G5 ponies depend on technology more than their magic? So many things that aren't answered like what happened to Sunny's Mother, who are Hitch and Izzy's parents with who's the father of Pipp and Zipp and who's Misty's Mother, are we going to see Skyros and what was Twilight Sparkle like in this universe?

It's surprising how the MLP FIM show managed to make 9 seasons with terrible writing work and wasted potential for some of the characters in that show

G2 game reused lots of G1 characters, G3 reused some characters like bowtie, G4 reused more characters like Twilight, (G4, G1) Applejack (G4, G1) and Fluttershy (G4, G3 books), and G5 reused characters like Posey, Minty, Snuzzle, Misty (G5 friend who pretended to be a villain, and G1 My little pony Tales Bon Bon's mom).

Just like G1 when they had My little pony 'n friends and then My little pony tales, I hope when G5 has another series, I hope it will be a good series as G5.5. (This channel is all about Chuck e cheeses animatronics videos)

What I'm mostly hoping for is that humans - particularly Megan, Danny, and Molly - returns in the newer incarnations of My Little Pony. Mythological human-like species - such as centaurs, ipotanes, elves, fairies, etc - would be a sweet addition, as well. Also, get that Danny is the Original Brony, which ultimately indicates that he's the creator of the Magic of Friendship. 😁

G5 was such an insult to G4, that I don’t even consider it canon at this point. I loved it at first with the movie, but TYT and especially MYM were huge letdowns. Let’s hope Hasbro will finally move on from pandering to G4 fans in G6, though given the leaks surrounding it thus far, I’m not expecting that to be the case, unfortunately.

I wished that MLP:Tell Your Tales Season 2 could continue a little longer because I would like to see the Ponies learn the truth about Allura and decided to help her get back home to reunited with her brother unfortunately it has been revealed that the last episode will come out on October 17th which means after that won't be anymore of MLP: Tell Your Tales Series anymore which is a biggest disappointment because I really hate cliffhangers.

On the comics front, there might still be G5 content coming from IDW after My Little Pony: The Storm of Zephyr Heights--we just don't know yet for sure. We'll see if IDW has any more MLP solicitations in their November catalog. As for G4, the Knights of Canterlot sourcebook is a really great expansion for Renegade's My Little Pony Roleplaying Game.

To be honest I was expecting the continued series of MLP: Make Your Mark with Allura replacing Opaline as the next villian along with Twitch as they went through the portal to Equestria while intending to recover the star and get revenge on Sunny and her friends. I was more curious to know who is the voice that spoke Allura who revealed to be her brother but it looks like we'll never another series as the writers decided to leave this episode finale as a cliffhangers. I also was hoping in MLP: Tell Your Tale season two will continued until it gets to 70 episodes just like the first season because in "The Lone Alicorn" I assume that Sunny and her friends were going to try to find any Alicorn exist just as the Sunny as well as Allura's brother won't make his appearence in MLP: Make Your Mark at all but still hope that he will especially that he did make an appearence in Allura's backstory when they were cubs. However I did hear from someone that on the 17th October that there will one final episode of MLP: Tell Your Tale Season two before this series going to end forever just like MLP: Make Your Mark. Honestly, my ideal path forward would be to get people who are able to understand what made FiM able to draw an audience, even keep it, after the initial wave of sudden popularity (from a show design and promotion aspect), and get peopler who either are experienced with the franchise or would enjoy such work, and have fresh ideas (and fresh takes on elements of existing ideas on top of that), and let them hold the reigns. Let them create, make the show with as little corporate meddling as possible. It may not make success certainty, but I think it'll have a higher chance of reaching success.

I disagree. Make Your Mark was better than Tell Your Tale! I think Chapter 4-6 where good Chapter 5 was okay! Chapters 1-3 get the most hate from G4 purists some people have bad taste! The Winter Wishday special was definitely better than the last 2 chapters! I think it's dumb that people who are sending death treaths to the fans just because they disliked Make Your Mark! Make Your Mark wasn't even that bad there's so many good songs and stories makes no sense why the fans get so angry over Make Your Mark I see every MLP TH-camr when they guve their reasons to hate G5 they always use Make Your Mark! I also disagree with your opinion on The Blockywocky that was awesome special it did not underperform I think it might be one of the only good episodes of TYT! Season 2 was definitely better TYT Season 1 was awful! I rather watch Make Your Mark Chapter 1-4 than Tell Your Tale Season 1!

I dunno... I wouldn't mind a completely new generation as G6, but this sort of re-hash seems potentially "meh". Hollywood seems to be getting lazy to try making easy money. x.x But I will still check it out first! But with all the beautiful literature out there, both inside and outside the fandom, why not grab something daring and fresh and throw it at a proverbial wall?! PS: Personally, I loved MYM, even if it was a bit cheesy.
