That guy has a grazy forehand. I wish I could hit even 350

If you slow the video down, you can see he's creating a lot of lag in his throw. He's creating separation between his arm & the rest of his body, using these devices as a slingshot.

I did like the video, but i was wishing to see Ryan's feet placement on some of those shots (zoom out a little). Pointing that back toe forward was something i have not heard before.

I have a lot of questions? So my forehand I naturally lead with my elbow like it never hurts to do that or anything, and I naturally roll my wrist in my fallow through. So what can I change in my form to correct my forehand. I am getting over 350 feet on a flex shot with a 9 speed but if I could get ride of this wobble that would be awesome.
