I love making coffee, baking, working out, and watching Anime with my hubby
I do a lot of research, testing out, and adjusting to make the best recipes just the way I like them. I try to use the least amount of sugar possible, which is healthier in some ways, but it does not affect the texture and flavors.

INGREDIENTS
150g ground almonds
150g icing sugar
55g ‘liquefied’ egg whites
2g powdered egg white (or 4g powdered egg white for lightly close textured)
150g caster sugar
38g mineral water
55g ‘liquefied’ egg white
For the orange butter cream
2 fresh large eggs
70g-80g caster sugar
zest of 4 oranges (or untreated organic lemons)
80g fresh orange juice ( I prefer 60 orange juice + 20 lemon juice)
175g unsalted butter, at room temperature
50g ground almonds
Be aware that the cooking temperature in your oven may vary between 330°F to 350°F.The shells should not change colour and browning during cooking.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes, briefly opening and shutting the oven door twice to let out the steam. Open the door the first time after eight minutes (at that point the ‘foot’ of the shells will be cooked) then a second time after 10 minutes.
You should set the temperature of your oven according to the type of oven you have

Hi thank you for your vidéo. I have a question: can you freeze the macarons with royal icing ? How much time the macaron with royal icing can be stored in the fridge?
@@Tounsia62 Yes, you can freeze the macarons with Royal icing ( make sure in the air seal container) You can store the macarons with royal icing for a good freshness, up to 2 weeks in the fridge, it won't ruin the design at all. Also macarons with the filling that have a lot of moisture, they won't take long to mature, so stop them by putting them in the freezer ( avoid macarons shells get soggy too fast before serving)You can make them ahead and freeze them until ready to serve, they will still taste as fresh, rather than leave in the fridge too long.
