I fell of three days ago. I lost my stirrup at the first jump, and fell off when I turned away from the second. I hurt my shoulder and neck. My only advice is to NEVER hold onto the horses neck. You will end up slipping under the horses feet. Fall sideways, If U can.
Lower your hands, sit on your back side and keep your head up.

Your hands are very harsh. Keep them down and be gentle. You’re using them for a lot of balance.
