Hi Julian. I know it is pretty outdated but still it is a great guide.I didn't manage to kill him with the skeleton start, his king was low but never dead. I decided to try the opposite strat with flower + pack ratusing Double Lock-In and very fast clear. It still took 3 punchers at 4, 7 and 11 with Keep The Attack.

On normal sven kills the 2 snails on wave 2 every time with no problem... I can not beat this guy on normal this is crazy

I've been trying this for a while, I believe there must have been some king uppdates since you made this video. Has anyone made something similar work recently?

Is there a guide for a single faction and not mastermind?

Do you know if by chance something is bugged when you try this with 2 players, a buddy and me have tried this now like 30 times and they are getting like 35 workers by 12 and 80 workers by 20. Seems like a completely different experience

I figured campaign missions are named after top players like: PennyTV after Pennywise (UK) Crashton after Ashton Butcher (Bulgaria) Shadowynn after Shadowings (Canada) King Dan after Kingdanzz (Germany) But who is Victra (USA) named after?

I think this video needs a little update after the patch with the massive King buff. After many attempts since yesterday and ultimate success let me share my experience: now i really really prefer to go "cash out" and just restart until you get pyro and a good mythium legion spell. My favourites here would be "all out assault" "counterattack" or "press the attack". Then you proceed as in the video, except that you already have to push 8 workers at wave 5 through the cashout and don't have to push so hard workers for level 8 as in the video. For wave 6 you should send at least 1 imp and 1 brute. (1 little extra sneak can make a big difference when you can). The ideal case would be 2 imps, but this is only feasible if you leak slightly in wave 4 and wave 5. This cannot be planned for wave 4 in particular, because she sends either 3 sneaks or 1 brute and the leak can then be too big. in wave 9 I recommend 2 Imps and 1 brute. Then you need a good solution for the boss. My matchmaker was the berserker, which i built for wave 8 and upgraded for wave 10 to fatalizer. wave 10 and 11 are very hard here. especially wave 11 is hard after you have built for the boss. I often died in wave 11. But with the right legion spell you don't need to build workers after wave 10 and can spend all the gold on defence in wave 11. After wave 11 you can push a few workers, but don't forget the defence. You need 1 siege ram and 1 imp in wave 12. In the end you also need a lot of luck. Because her leaks vary especially in wave 9. If you are unlucky, she leaks with 2 imps and 1 brute less than she leaked in another round with 2 imps and 1 lizzard. If the king still has 30% life or more after wave 9 (which happens quite often, although you send the necessary stuff), you can actually restart directly. don't let the king damage in the leaks in this video scare you off. It is no longer possible. With this leaks in this video the King now would go down in wave 6 to around about 62-65%, in wave 9 then down to round about 20% and on wave 12 it would be very close and i think the king would survive now. this strategy works no longer consistently afer the patch and now you need bit patience

Seems like pyro start doesn't trigger her witch 7/8. Too bad it's pretty rng for imp sends, if Victra decides to prep her vets and canopies early then they do nothing.

have you a new strategie for the new patch now? The new king buff make this strategie impossible :/ I try to get the second star with no leak. I did the same as here but the king has just to many life now :/

Carefull, Crashton often add a Bazooka for wave 4, and the leak is only 20-50%. Leave the game if there is a Bazooka wave 4... RNG is very strong on this, because you must have the perfect combo with cartel + no leak + no bazooka for crashton wave 4 Anyway, i finally won after 3 days of try hard. And i conclude Daphne can be replaced by Zeus ! And Veteran are better than Devilfish / Slime. Here is my build : Wave 1 : Bonecrusher Wave 2 : + 1 Bazooka Wave 3 : +1 PeeWee --> up Veteran (placed on the right for split) Wave 4 : +1 Infiltrator (Crashton leaked 82% --> 73% king hp) Wave 5 : up the bazooka into Zeus Wave 6 : + 2 bazooka Wave 7 : +1 peeWee to the right --> up Veteran (Crashton leaked 72% --> 35% king hp) Wave 8 : +1 peewee to the right. Up 1 Zeus. + 1 Aqua Spirit (can be replaced by other DPS i guess) Wave 9 : up 3rd bazooka into Zeus. +2 skeleton on the right (Crashton leaked 68%, king died with the last unit OMG !!!) Quick tip - double snail on 2 makes them leak a little, for that extra early push.

I keep getting hermits on 6 and 8 and I just lose from that

Thanks, man! I've just used a slightly different build with two AOE flowers, a bunch of archers, and mushrooms. Went ahead of Mayra for about 100 gold and crushed her with Kraken at wave 15.

Nice ! Very helpful, thanks ;) It works for me with gateguard instead of bonecrusher as you said, cartel, 5 workers wave 1, devilfish and daphne. I send on the same waves as you with the same workers and the same units. It slipped easily like grandpa in grandma.

I absolutely hate this last boss. She is the only one I have left on 2 star and I refuse to start 3 stars until I have done everything on 2 stars. The moment I start getting some consistency down on her she just decides to stop sending the waves she usually did the 7-8 attempts before that and it completely destroys any chance I have of coming up with a consistent strategy. Worked with all of the others except her. Frustrating, but im sure I'll eventually beat her!

Love the in-game and post-game analysis! I typically try to avoid leaking on every wave, and wouldn't risk being that undervalued on wave 4, but I think this is a good showcase of over-pushing done right. It also allows you to catch the enemy by surprise with a big send out of nowhere!

I also really enjoy playing Yolo! I agree that it forces you to come up with creative solutions, and that's really fun. I've been tossing between greed and Yolo to figure out which mastermind option would give me the best chance of winning, but hearing you say playing Yolo makes you a better player, I think I'll stick with Yolo for a while. Loving the gameplay and commentary, keep it up!!
