I had to put my lovely girl down because of this cruel disease… Her name was “Pepper”, an American Staffordshire Terrier. She lived like a queen until her last day with us… Surgery wasn’t a viable solution, so we said goodbye, we took a final walk and a car ride (she loved it), after that she ate a super tasty meal (even pastries!😂), and she walked into the vet clinic later that day... The Dr. gave her a kiss on the head, I kissed and hugged her, and she finally got to rest after all… she was tired. Her eyes showed relief in her last seconds… it was the most human way to end my lovely dog’s life, surrounded with love and kindness... I miss her every day 😢😞❤️‍🩹

Thanks for posting this! I really like this cover! Lea is singing it in the same key that Reba McEntire's cover was in and I think it fits perfectly in her voice. That moment in the middle of the song after singing about "turning off my phone" and she SINGS "can we check if we've turned off our phone?" I'm a little obsessed with it.
