I guess my counter would be, “what if winning is fun to you as a player”. I understand your sentiment, but quote “more fun” is so vague as to be useless. I’d say either drill into what “more fun” actually is or go for something like more engaging or has more interaction between plays. Beacuse of me, winning is fun and trying to win is fun
