After the extended freight train noise section there’s another song, a secret song. I buried it there because it’s embarrassing. And it’s about the same person as the first song on the track.

@@Shmookcakes I actually changed that line from Phil Elverum’s version. He says “I can’t believe you made your parents cry.” It’s a big reason I wanted to cover it, because I wished he said “I saw” instead lol I think it hits way harder
@@joestack1921 It's such a tender line near the end of the song, it stuck right out when you sang this modified version. I think the original is sadder but your version is more fair and feels more right to me, having lost a friend before

❤ this is really awesome - the Ghosts! - spending those hours in your garage room trying to be like the flaming lips and smashing pumpkins was the highlight of my high school. I looked up to you a lot artistically, you were making such amazing music then at a young age - exposed me to the best music I still love today. I love your music now, it’s fantastic! This video tells it all how far you’ve come and how you’ve developed your own thing that is great. You are a legend my friend. A part of me still craves the excitement of making music with you, following your lead and trying to catch up. If I could have I would have been at your house every night messing around trying to break into that next new sound. I wish I could be there for your show! Next time I’m in Tx I will try and hit you up.
