That's not how I make smash burgers. I only use 2.7 oz of meat (80/20 mix) then I use a burger smasher to thin the burgers out. I sliver a white onion and you can add the onion slivers in to the burger mix. You can also put the onions under the burger then smash with the burger press. Try it, thanks for your video!

@@cookingandgrillingwithmarcus Hi Marcus, sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I've been learning a new posistion at my job and get struck with flu. Collabs are pretty easy, there is a theme, like my next one is going to be a Cinco de Mayo one, all you have to do is your take on mexican food.Taco's, burritos, anything and use the hashtag #cincodemayofeast. Some creators mention the collab in their video and all you do is make a video as you normally would. I make a playlist so viewers can easily find all the videos involved and you should get a lot more eyes on you channel than normal. If you want, I can give you the links to the last 2 we did.
