How To: REPAIR a #Milwaukee #M18 Battery With Flashing Green/Red Error Lights! Circuit board Replace
In this video, I will show you how to successfully replace the internal circuit board in a #Milwaukee #M18 battery. This fix is for batteries with good cells that will not take a charge or output any current. You need to test your battery cells to confirm they are still good to go. For batteries that are too dead to charge normally, you can try "jumpstarting" your battery using the following method:
th-cam.com/video/63VPq6kvki4/w-d-xo.html
Attempt this repair at your own risk! Remember that the battery pack may still be fully charged, so be careful not to short any contacts!

      @MurphyAM หลายเดือนก่อน

      Are you looking for a trans tune for the (I think) A340 variant transmission that should be in your 4runner? You could try a trans tuner such as the following, but I have no experience tuning these transmissions. hgmelectronics.com/pages/toyota-lexus-a340-a341-a343-transmission-controller The transmission ecu is built into the engine ecu on these, as the ecu specifies 4x4 on it and the trans wires run to the ecu. Some aftermarket ECU's for these might allow you to control shift points as well.

    What is the point of reverse engineering a cheap, mass produced part?

    • @MurphyAM
      @MurphyAM 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Great question! This is for people who want to "delete" their sidemarkers by having a paintable insert without having to paint over their stock marker lights. This could be plastic welded in place of the original light during a bumper respray, or painted and clipped in as usual. This also incorporates reinforced mounting tabs as the complaint was that the stock ones break and fly off the car while driving. This can also be printed in any colored resin you would like, for customizable colored side marker lights that are still transparent.

    A $300-$400 impact to take off a nut that is tightened in inch pounds is devious but as long as you got that affiliate code, make your money and sell that shit 😂 I mean it’s a good tool but funny demonstration

    • @MurphyAM
      @MurphyAM 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Car in the video is a 2001 BMW M3. The spec for that nut is 220 foot pounds! Then it is staked in place to prevent it from backing out. Then it sits for 20 years in the mid atlantic with road salt induced corrosion. This is not a trailer wheel bearing nut that is basically just set to a few inch pounds to take up free play and then cotter pinned. That would be devious for sure. But sure, you could measure it in inch pounds if you really wanted to, all 2640 of them!

    Was that water in the oil? 😅 never a great sign

    • @MurphyAM
      @MurphyAM 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This is a 1200cc three cylinder two stroke jet ski engine. The oil on top of the water is usually injected in the carb inlet and mixes with the air fuel mixture as it passes through the crankcase to lubricate the crankshaft. The crankcase has little spots designed to condense this oil and funnel it towards the crankshaft roller bearings. The connecting rod upper and lower bearings are also roller bearings. It doesn’t store oil in the crankcase like a typical 4 stroke engine.

      The battery circuit board finally gave up the ghost a couple weeks ago, but I replaced the board and it’s back in action, no rust! I actually disassembled everything after this video and cleaned everything with contact electronics cleaner and compressed air. The drill itself was fine 👍

    Put too much weight on the tongue and the ride because too bouncy. Weight should be on center of axles

      Too much on the tongue and the front wheels of the tow vehicle start to get light!

    It's called tongue weight you need to move the load forward so you have tongue weight on the tongue of the trailer😊

      That’s correct! He’s demonstrating what “too little tongue weight” can cause 👍
