i gotta say for me it was the "give a shit difference" as well. anytime ive gone in there no matter who was working at the time you guys always make sure to take the time with every customer. some shops seem bothered or make someone feel stupid if they ask what would be considered a dumb question but the staff at the firing pin are TOP NOTCH. i will forever buy my guns and ammo from you guys and will always point new people towards the firing pin.

I'd pay 300 more for a metal gun for sure. Although I'm still interested.

I get this sometimes in my line of work (the customer not knowing what they have) and it always blows my mind how people can be so ignorant. Maybe you can relate to this conversation: "Hello, I need a battery for my Honda." "Ok, what kind of Honda do you have?" "A motorcycle." "... OK, what model is it?" "... A motorcycle..." "Do you know what manufacture year it is?" "No." "Can you describe it's appearance? Or do you have a picture of it?" "It's red..." "Well, did you bring the old battery with you?" "... Are you telling me you don't have a battery for my Honda?" "Apparently, because you haven't told me what Honda you have." "This store is worthless!" "Ok, have a nice day."
