The British monarchy is payed for by the royal grant, do some research about it because you’d be very surprised to learn that the British taxpayer actually profits of the royal family. The monarchy has a huge private income from the duchys of Lancaster/Cornwall, those profits are donated entirely to the state, 10-15% of those profits are payed back to the monarchy as the royal grant and that is how it is funded. Essentially, the royal family pay about 80-90% tax. They give up their private wealth in return for a small fortune to fulfil their duty to the nation. Just as they give up so much else for that lifelong service.

I prefer the traditional rites of the Church as well, but this temple was not cold this night. It glowed with the radiance of Jesus Christ on Easter.

It does hosts Latin masses from time to time. There will be a solemn pontifical high mass in august
