Petoo is big fraud company . I have taken franchise at kanpur and after one year , I have lost my all Money. Now I have closed the outlet. No support from company after taking franchise fee. I have done more than 100 mail and thousand of phone call but no reply from company. Ritesh , Kumar Setu and Abhishek Mandal are big cheater.

Worst franchisor and worst business model, they are running a fraud business. No brand name neither have any visibility in market. There strategy is simple. Keep open the franchisee and loot the money from franchisee and forget. If you guys don’t believe then please enquire the sales of any outlet. All of them are running below average and definitely you will get no support to grow because their model has a flaw and food is not that great hence no returning customer. Food expense is 50% of your turnover which will empty your pocket. You will have less or no dinein customers in average and you need to heavily depend on aggregator which Petoo takes 3 months to enable. And aggregator takes 18 to 22% commission whereas petoo ask to give 25% discount to increase order flow and paying 50% food cost you will left over with 7% to 3% from which you need to bear the expense of salary, commercial rent and lot more. Now you decide so why do you want to start a franchisee.Non of the outlets reach break even till they closed. If you have enough money to waste. Please give to poor and don’t get baised by their false promise
@Hanumant Shukla please do not cheat innocent people, who investing their life and money and you people treat the franchise owner a funny man. All the suggestions given by you are 100% wrong. You people are very far from the reality, because your basic motive is to collect the franchisee fee only and then zero support. All the franchise closed only due to your negligence only.

Petoo is big fraud company . All the restaurants open in Varanasi, Kanpur and Lucknow are closed now. They have no idea about QSR business. I have lost all my money in Petoo franchise
