Thanks for sharing. Nice tasting. I love hearing from people who aren't trying to sell me anything. I'm a Pinot fan as well. Also Canadian. I'm also not selling anything but try Flat Rock Pinot. Noir 2017. It's not an expensive or serious wine and you won't get the compost, mushroom or earthy notes, but I recently enjoyed it's fresh approach & superb balance. I hope you do too. Cheers

I would recommend you to push out air that is stuck in the pipe of coravin...just for a half a sec you put aragon through pipe before you put it in bottle to clear out the air :) otherwise the air will get in your bottle...small amount but still =) great job on videos :) !
It goes best vith peršut (slovenian karst persutto) some olives, bread, cheese and olive oil. Local stuff from where the wine is from. The karst region just few miles off the mediteranian coast, bordering Italy. Seafod goes also great with it.
