Looks like a nice project but be aware that area Punta Cana is extremely busy and just crossing the street is a dangerous activity for anyone even if you have quick legs! Most of the sidewalks in the restaurant areas are very narrow with potholes that are barely covered for your safety I believe that the tourism department for Punta Cana and the local municipality needs to pay attention to the factors that make it safe for the investors and the visitors, having spent over three months there and bought a property I can tell you there’s a number of things to consider as I previously mentioned sidewalks are very narrow, traffic is unorganized, there is absolutely no safe way to cross the streets! as there’s no stop signs and stoplights and you’re basically holding up your hand waiting for someone to be generous enough to slow down the traffic so that you can safely cross the street. many of the open lots are full of garbage and you’ll see rats running around I say this not to discredit any of the construction projects but in hopes that any of the officials who may be reading this will pay attention to those factors that I mentioned and make some decisions that will clean up Punta Cana Barvro area and make it safer for the visitors and residents who invest $$$ there!
