Hi, i stopt on the fifth book because it bored the shit out of me but i still wanted to know how its ending. Thank you for those videos!

I remember reading this and getting to when Rowan suggests Aelin could just take over the world. And that’s when I realized these two had completely lost me Only following this series for Dorian and Manon, so I appreciate not having to reread to find out what happens to them!

Thanks for making these videos! I read most of the series years ago but had to drop it because I just got so exhausted with it! But a friend recently got into it, and I wanted to remember what happened without having to reread everything!

Your series was super entertaining and your dry humor and clear love/hate relationship with the series made this all the better. Good job on finishing this after so long and know that you saved me at least 100 hours of reading because I watched this series after I read the first book. I am super glad I didn't buy all of them lol

Omg I've literally been waiting for this since the video on Tower of Dawn came out. So excited!

the girl power paragraph at the end seemed... incredibly unearned. and the plot twist with the king was such a cop out! judging by both this series and acotar, sjm really seems to have trouble when it comes to killing off main characters. i dont think that's a bad thing in and of itself since a series having big deaths or whatever doesn't suddenly make it good. however, what's the point of setting up these high stakes at the end of all of your book series if you literally never follow through?

as someone who dropped the series while the books were still coming out, i always wanted to know how exactly this mess ended, so thx for the entertaining summary! also the making of these videos taking 4x as long as the events of the actual series is incredibly unserious

thank you so much for these! i've been trying to avoid rereading these stupid books before the new crescent city book comes out this month and these amazing videos prevented me from wasting my time rereading books i strongly dislike :) i hope you find the motivation to do kingdom of ash because your retellings are so much more entertaining than the books themselves- we also had all of the same opinions throughout the series!!

Why does it matter if a POC gives her self up for the main character? Just bc she’s white? Come on. She’s such a HUGE part of the story you’re ignoring that just bc she died ‘for a white cis heterosexual woman blah blah blah’
