How do you deal with the sugar cravings and withdrawals? Cause its real out here....😌 So you not even doing natural sugar found naturally in food? you mentioned the sugar found in Almond milk and that you might not use it.
So I've been consuming natural sugars, I try avoid high content natural sugars too... I'm not craving them as much and I think the longer you go without sugar the more you build a track record that you want to keep.... So everytime I think of how far I've come, I continue
