This film is far too overrated. It looks good But it's not scary frightening creepy or anything like that Depp was so annoying, screaming constantly, and he was doing possession nonsense. It was really annoying This film offers nothing new but corny acting terrible vampire choice and far too much sex in it I'm not sure what everyone sees in these overrated movies, but syle cos there's certainly no substance

Revival of the shield maidens, naming of helms deep, and the start of saruman residing in isengard. All in all a great story of men, in the Lord of the rings.

I have been waiting for an Anime format lord of the rings for a longtime. I have seen it now 4 times and yea it grew on me the more i see it. Yea, this is a lot better then The Hobbit trilogy!! Hell everything extra killed the Hobbit trilogy anyway. The hobbit book is one of my alltime favorite books and i listen to the audiobook every few weeks. So yea i was never a fan of the Hobbit films.

Yeah, I enjoyed it as well. When you take in what the writers tried to create, and they just build upon Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings, I thought it was fine. I think it was better than Hobbit's 1 and 3. It was worthwhile.

Wasn't a fan of how resilient and comical the hobbit was. Still enjoyed it but when i saw them bouncing around in barrels and a dwarf just headbutting everything I couldn't help but notice

I just watched the first two episodes. It's already so much better than the Acolyte. It's a fun little adventure

Of course it has just started but for now where would you rank this show alongside the other star wars disney shows. More of an Andor and Mandalorian awesome, or a forgettable Boba Fett type show

The lay of Luthien is an incredible story, imo the best story Tolkien ever told, and I would love to see a well made movie about it. But i guess since love stories are not taken up by the big studios anymore and since everything nowadays is turned into a series, even if it is going to be made, it will suck. What a shame.

Halloween ends was a bit of a let down in my opinion was ok but I wanted more Myers not licking his wounds in a sewer pipe he's meant to be a bad ass and not give a shit he's pure evil whys he hiding in sewers and some other guy pretends to be him wtf was that did myers a dirty with halloween ends

villains like movie monsters dont need to be "fleshed out" all it needs to be is a pure evil monster. something you know for sure is the "bad guy" to root against. there are too many movies within the last like 20 years that try to make villains more interesting by giving them some sort of reason as to why they are the way they are. sometimes its better to have a monster that isn't relatable at all.

I loved the performances and the direction that Todd Phillips and Joaquin Pheonix decided to go with the character of Arthur with having him face the consequences of his actions and battle with his identity through them. The challenges placed on Arthur both felt subversive and yet cohesive with where we last saw him in 2019’s Joker. However, the lame musical sequences, thin story, and off-putting ending bog this movie down tremendously! Still, I have not stopped thinking about since I left the theatre, and that is worth something in my opinion. Great review!

I wanted to like it, but it went too far. I want my time back.

I think "Psycho" is the only one before the 70's. And speaking of the 70's where is "Phantasm"? But still a pretty good list.
