You being light, its all the more reason to shed weight on the sled. It will make it easier to throw around. I have an mbrp stinger on mine. It sound great. Most cans you put on wont effect anything so that you will need a fuel controler, so you dont have to worry about messing anything up. It is only when you get into piping that it gets a little more complecated.

I have a 09 assault too and the stock track is gettin pretty bad with missing lugs, do ya know any one that's put a powder track on instead of the stock stiff Luger ?

its not built for speed, it's built to perform in the moutains that means deep snow performance, climbing hills, jumping, etc.

What is the top speed of the assault??

Right it is not a radiator, it is a heat exchanger, they have taken hammers to them in testing. they do not break. No worries off trail or on. No problem plugging them full of snow either. There is no fan associated with them to get hung up in fact snow makes them more efficient.

how are these sleds in deep snow? i was told they are much better suited to trail, had pack conditions.

@raptor350raptor polaris falls apart. Go with can-am or yamaha i have had two polaris's and broke 2 rear axles in less than 250 miles and both times were going down semi smooth trails at less then 20mph. i now have over 700 miles on my grizzly with no problems. I have rode with can-ams and on can-ams and they have even more power and are proven reliable through the gncc

why dont you get an irs utility quad like a yamaha grizzly 700 or can am renegade 800r xxc its faster then the 525 has more ground clearance and is better for what you ride.

There's a local race held at Grizzly ck by the Slocan club every year but it's side by side up hill, fun to watch.
