My best is 23 minutes, using full setup for <20% hp and empty bile flask boosts. The S+ rank really has alot of breathing room. I find it super weird that you depend so much on the debla, yet you dont use the fervor flask or fervor capacity beads.

Ah, Sarmiento y Centella! La forma Más Chingona de vencer a Eviterno. Se siente de lujo darle el golpe de gracia ya sea con el ataque especial en tierra como le hiciste, o con el contraataque. Claro, Veredicto es poder en bruto, y Ruego al Alba puede hacer mucho mucho daño si se usa adecuadamente. Pero solo Sarmiento y Centella te dan esa satisfacción de pura, absoluta habilidad, pulida a base de incontables fracasos. Especialmente si las usas sin ninguna otra cosa para darles más poder. Bravo. Bien jugado.

kinda late to the party here but how do i unlock this sorrow? i've gotten all endings and completed all other stages but it still aint unlocking

Beat this guy relatively quick thanks to a specific build that just fucking buffed my sarmiento and centrella and had rings of miasma when I dashed or did that lunge attack and all I did was time that lunge attack each time when he did his attacks so I would dash into him, attack him and also be on the other side to do the same thing, and you can do this until you finish the guy. And also have that time freeze prayer however with that be careful cause you might get him at very low hp, overestimate the lenght of that time freeze, use the chant, stay in front of him and hit him with the sarmiento and centrella and die immediately after that time passed cause you didn't dodge in time, and that is what happened the first time I fought him and that was goofy af and made both laugh and get pissed off because of that. You can do it much faster with some other damage & speed item build.

Only health lost was to blood pact. In phase 2 looked like it cost more health than it saved because so few opportunities to really lay into him. (Though looked cooler and a bit quicker than not using it!)

I killed him in Phase one with three hits from the Debla of the Lights, when I equipped all power ups to make it strongest.

Does the stuff you get in the original Blasphemous transfer over to the second game? Or do you have to start collecting all over again?

I was unable to overcome his second phase due to my slow reflexes, despite watching numerous TH-cam on how to beat him. I won't diminish the game's quality simply because I couldn't advance. Instead, I'll enjoy the rest of the battles and cutscenes via watching cutscenes ; the narrative is truly compelling. Ps you have a godlike reflex bravo

When I watch someone beat these bosses, it looks so much easier than it actually is. Everything just looks so much slower that I feel like I could easily beat them no problem. Then I play whatever game I'm watching and get to that boss and it's so much faster than I thought it would be and I end up dying a lot. It's like when I'm playing I try to go too fast and end the fight as quick as possible and that's what gets me killed. For some reason I can't just take my time and take what the boss gives me.
